Toyota (GB) Ltd made the decision to upgrade its UK Training Centre and needed an experienced AV integrator to advise them on the technologies they would require to give their reception area a “Wow” factor and to inspire their delegates within the training rooms.
They had no fixed idea of their exact requirements so 21st Century AV worked alongside their team, to design a solution that would provide Toyota (GB) Ltd with the equipment required to provide state of the art training and presentations in an effortless manner.
With just weeks from engagement to the start of the installation, we worked tirelessly to ensure they could deliver their solution in time and within budget so that Toyota (GB) Ltd staff could continue their advanced training.
The area needed an impressive Video Wall and a series of Delegate booking panels for the Various rooms off the main entranceway.
We installed a 3×3 Video Wall using 55” Samsung Video Wall Panels and a BrightSign Media player to run the scheduled content.
additionally, an 84” Clevertouch Interactive Touch Panel was also installed.
Samsung 22” Touch Panels were installed for visitors to sign in and receive their visitor information, be assigned their training room and lecturers details.
A total of 15 training rooms required specialist Interactive technology, 21st Century AV installed 75” Clevertouch interactive multi-touch panels on Unicol motorised lifts, each of the rooms had full AV control with SY control panels being installed.
In the Meeting Pods, we installed 32” Samsung screens, flat-mounted on the wall for the use in the meeting spaces.
Toyota has a large restaurant provision and wanted to continue the “Wow” factor in this area.
We installed 3 x 75″ Samsung Display screens. Each screen was connected to a BrightSign digital signage player, which allowed connection to the player via the LAN for updated content to be shown.
A PA System was also installed for Town Hall Events.
