Firstly, you will have to connect the MTouch Controller to your PC, via a USB Type-C cable, to the MCore Mini-PC, via a CAT5e cable, and the MSpeech Microphone, via a USB 2.0 cable. Next connect the UVC30 into the Mini-PC, via a USB 2.0 cable, and connect your meeting room display, or displays to the Mini-PC with a HDMI cable. Finally, connect the Mini-PC to the internet with an Ethernet cable.

When the bundle is connected and powered on, the Yealink MVC320 will automatically launch the Microsoft Teams Rooms App. But to use the devices features you will have to sign in to the enter the set up screen and check the checkbox on the EULA page. Then enter the your account, password and re-enter the password in the Account page. Then on the Account page make sure you change the Supported meeting mode to Microsoft Teams only.

1.Click the More Option
2.Select Settings option
3.The system will ask for the administrator password. (default password is ‘sfb’)
4.After you enter the password, the page below will pop up, you can do more settings on this page. To get access to the Windows interface, please select the last option.
5.Then enter the password again, it will go into the Windows interface directly. Then you can manage the whole Mini-PC and use Yealink Room Connect plug-in software.
