Types of rooms we can help with

Huddle Spaces

A huddle space is a small and private meeting area that is outfitted with audio visual equipment and a display screen. Huddle spaces are most often used for informal, on-the-fly meetings with a small team of office-based and remote participants.

Small Rooms

Small meeting room AV equipment is designed for spaces that accommodate 2-4 people. These small meeting rooms allow teams to collaborate internally and also with remote participants creating an organised setting to get work done

Medium Rooms

Medium meeting room AV equipment is perfect for spaces that have 4-8 participants that need collaborations tools like video conferencing and interactive whiteboarding

Large Rooms

For large meeting rooms or training rooms then there is particular AV equipment that should be considered including video conferencing, Digital whiteboarding and Interactive screens.

Boardrooms

Boardroom AV equipment is designed for spaces that require high quality clarity and performance. Depending on teh size and layout, multiple cameras and screens may be required so all participants are able to immerse themselves in the meetings.
