Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Admin assistant to enhance our team at our head office on Richfield Avenue, Reading.
As a sales admin assistant with us, you’ll need to:
- Deal reg control
- Recording product sales trends
- Shared drive management
- Supplier contact management
- Supplier POS reporting & Rebate management
- Customer licence management and renewal deals
- Manufacturer promotion implementation
- Fields calls and emails when Sales team are out of office
- Data management
- Online product management
- CRM knowledgebase management
- Reporting on sales outcomes of marketing campaigns
- Quality control of graphic design, content & web pages
- Proficient in MS Office or G Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good acceptance of professional office etiquette.
- Able to follow processes and work independently.
